At the time of recruitment we definitely try to assess their true potential but do not make ti the be-all and end-all of our search. There are always a set of them who are like uncut diamonds, full of potential needing careful handling and we gradually create “mentors” out of them. We have any number of them on our rolls making out task so very much easy. To them effective classroom teaching is just not a ritual but in integral part of education itself.
